So I drive away. Couple days later we sneak in, test for electricity…

Last January I had me some ear surgery. (surfers ear) They did the roto- rooter thing. So I had a week off. A few days into the week I started driving around. Always a snoopin for some pool action. Low and behold I found an area that had been fenced off. Earlier in the year I looked at this property and saw me a really nice looking kidney with a spit gutter. Anyway the property was fenced. There was a caretaker on the property so I decided I would rap with him. As soon as I mentioned skateboarding he was like “Oh no way” “They’re gonna be building new houses here. It’s city property now”
So I drive away. Couple days later we sneak in, test for electricity…

All good! So we start to throw the pumps in…

As we start to to this (around 7:30am, nice and foggy) a Black n White rolls by! My buddy freaks a little and pulls the pumps packs up and we decide to get out…. A month or so later I rounded up the crew for some serious pumping and bucketing…

You’ll have to go to brokenmagazine.com to check the bucket and action shots (good stuff). So 2 hours into it the caretaker rolls in on the property. We basically freeze but let the pumps do the work. He splits and we keep on bucketing. Just before dark we get to take some turns in this beauty!!

Soon everyone knows about it. Man it was only like 2 days after we cleaned her up. Full on Zoo. Guess I wasn’t the only one keepin an eye on her!! Through all this ‘ol Jonathan (local resident) put up with the in and outs… Good fella.
