Smash Skateboards Deck Review

I received a board from Smash Skateboards a little while ago and decided it was time to put it together and start the product review process. This board measures out at 8.5 wide, 32.5 in length, and has a 15 inch wheelbase. Currently this is the only size board that they are making but it is always nice to see new companies popping up. Usually I could care less about graphics but these ones are pretty cool, I mean how can you go wrong with a fat Buddha-skate goat-beer in hand-pool cleaning supplies theme? Smash Skates is located in Southern California and their wood is done by Mr. Kelly Belmar so you know it’s going to be good quality stuff. So the first couple of runs I took with this board were real good until I took a slam and broke my patella. Now I know what you thinking it’s never the skaters fault for slamming it’s always the boards fault. I mean come on look at all of the dudes who fall and get pissed at their board, yelling at it, cussing and sometimes even breaking the board because it’s the boards fault when you crash. So my belief is that Smash Skates set up their company for one reason only and that was to eventually have me review their board and break my kneecap, bastards! Why would you single someone like me out and try and intentionally have me crash? Did I sleep with your girlfriend in the past, puke on your floor, punch your mom? I’m not sure what it was but Smash Skates is definitely out to get me and it worked. In conclusion your not me so these boards will not make you crash, go get one now. Smash Skates boards are available at Jokers Skate Shop in Huntington Beach and some kooky shop in south orange county, I forget the name so buy one at Jokers.
