Before he skipped town he gave me this DVD “Way of the West”. He said his buddy had made it and it had some good footage from the Nor-Cal skate scene. After a few beers and a burrito I decided to throw it in the player. All I can say is hot damn, it’s a keeper. This video takes the viewer all over the place. Oregon, Santa’s Village, The Nelson House, crip ramp and a whole lot more. While you watch rippers like: Jonny Manak, Dave Nelson (both Sacrifice Skates Team riders), Pete the Ox, Tony Farmer, Royce Nelson, and whole bunch of the Fresno Destroyers; You also get all these killer bands for the sound track. With footage of The Cliftons and a whole bunch more. All in all this video is very unique and fast paced. The bonus footage is killer to, with a rad session at the Wilderness Bowl.
