General Information

Location
Jax Beach's first park before Kona.
There is not much in the way of official documentation about this unusual little park. In early 1977, Emmett Wentworth Grandy III, Edwin B. Seay, Edward LeMaster III formed a corporation called Landalee Incorporated. The group filed one annual report in 1978, and that is all.
The park had a small, tight bowl, a small snakerun, and a tiny fullpipe. It was reportedly not very popular due to its poor design and construction. While it's not currently known who designed the park, it is worth noting that one of the main men in Landalee --Ed Seay-- was the president of the American Society of Golf Course Architects, was the principal architect for the famous TPC Sawgrass golf course in Ponta Vedra Florida, and ran a golf course design company with Arnold Palmer.
