A popular Outer Banks park run by the Barnes family.  After skateboarding died in popularity, Barney's Concrete Curl was not destroyed, but instead filled with water and turned into Wet and Wild Bumper Boats.  During its life as a bumper boat attraction, it would be periodically drained and skateable.
