Long Island's first concrete skatepark
This $250,000 park took the "beginner, intermediate, advanced" design common to first-generation parks but changed the layout so that each run was separate from one another. Concrete Wave's designer and builder said it was done to prevent kids from going from one run to another and causing accidents.
