An extremely short-lived park.

Testimonies of skaters from the area say this park was open for about one year, but print records show the grand opening was on July 21, 1978 and by January 6, 1979, the ownership was already liquidating its assets.  Owners Maurice Chappuis and Gene Cope leased the land in November 1977 and promptly opened the pro shop, but rainy weather gave them long delays in the construction of the park.

The park was brushed concrete and included a freestyle area, a Wallows-style stepped reservoir (with transitioned walls rather than banked), as well as a large bowl referred to as the Toilet Bowl.
