Another of Pennsylvania's asphalt parks
Owing perhaps to the influence of the original Ocean Bowl in Ocean City Maryland, Pennsylvania had quite a few asphalt skateparks in the 70's. Opening before Thunder D'Ohm in York, and Spinning Wheels in Reading, Eastern Skateboard Park was the first of these.
The park was owned and operated by Gary Mullen, a skater from the original wave in the 1960's.
