Indoor concrete
Similar to New York, the state of Washington mostly had indoor skateparks in the 1970's.  Olympic was the first indoor concrete park.
It was owned by Bob and Nancy McGraw and opened in a multi-phase rollout. The skate shop opened Nov 18, 1978, and then five months later the park opened:  It was a bowl-centric park with three tile/coping pools and two runs, beginner and advanced.
