Owned by Ken Highfield, Bill Teal, and Jack Spizzuco.  Highfield also ran the Lee Canyon Ski Area.
The park opened with two runs, a beginner's "bunny slope" and a longer, advanced run that ended in a 40 foot wide, 12 foot deep bowl.  The initial pour was 150 yards of concrete.  Within a few months of opening, an additional longer run was poured.
