Short-lived indoor park
After hearing about their son's friend in California making money as a skatepark owner, Joe and Constance Comeau rushed to put together something for the skateboarding craze in New England.  They incorporated on November 30 1977 and were out of business in a little more than one year.
Comeau told the Boston Globe:  “I got hurt bad. We went into the business rapidly, when it was hot, without thinking about it. I just never got enough kids into the place. And when summer came, with camps and little league, I got even less.”
