This park was owned and run by Ralph N. Woodmansee and Lyle A. Johnson, who incorporated both "Woodruff Skateboard Park, Inc." and "Woodruff Skateboard Land, Inc."  the same day.

There isn't much information about it, aside from the fact that it was concrete and had beginning/intermediate/advanced runs.  An aerial photograph shows the park was at least partially filled in by 1980.
