The Richmond Skate Ranch lived from Nov 1986 to 1992. Its was designed and built by Pro Freestyle Skater Kevin Harris. It was moved one time during its lifetime and even later down the road they opened another Warehouse Ramp park called RDS Indoor.
This skatepark could be credited with the first publicly available Spine and Hip ramp which came on the heels of the Animal Chin Spined Vert Ramp in the movie "The Search for Animal Chin" by Powell Peralta
