I would've given this park a better rating if the ground it was built on wasn't so rough. Its so rough that the majority of the locals have big soft cruiser wheels on their boards. Other than that, its pretty good for a modular park. The flow is pretty much straight back and forth, but can be fun and doesn't have to be if you get creative. The ramps are pretty well kept and the mini ramp is really good, perfect smooth wood transition. The hip is fun, and the ledges are in pretty good shape (though they could use some wax). The handrails are also pretty good, but every other ledge and rail in the big section are on top of a funbox, so the takeoff is up a ramp and the landing is down a ramp. Some like this, but I personally like having at least one of the landing or takeoff flat.

Concluding, its one of the better modular parks I've been to, partially because of the sweet mini. There is some flow here, and the park is much more fun with bigger, softer wheels.
