This park is open 24 hours a day, but there were no lights the night I was there. Maybe the city has put some in since I was there. There was some ambient light, from the streets around the park, that made some crazy shadows in the bowls, the street area was cool looking, but super dark as well. It's probably a better park than my two stars would indicate. If I ever get to skate there in the day light I'll write a new review
