Cement. Free, for now. No pads required, for now. The workers and project managers were there and had no problem with us skating. Good flow, street stuff, cool incorporation of rocks, a decent clover with a six foot deep end, metal coping. Address is 9411 Whiskey Bottom Road, Laurel, MD 20723

Great park. The only thing missing is some true vert (other than the ridiculously tight quarterpipe). The bowl is mellow and flows really well, despite having lots of flat. Good place to learn new tricks.
