Just to update some changes,bikes are allowed now but they don't bother you.There's a few scooter kids but they're actually pretty good(?).Helmets are still required but the cops hardly come by.I've been coming here for years & have only been spoken to once by the cops.No shade on the concrete til the evening.everyone's friendly & you can be here all day & maybe there will be 5 people there until schools out.
