Veterans Skatepark, Northport/Huntington, New York: VIDEOS

Built in 2010 by California Skateparks. Really fun and well-designed flow bowl. The snowman bowl is what I'd consider expert level - be prepared to drop in on the 8 ft side if you want to skate this one. Nice, smooth 'crete all around and just really well built. The hours suck (I think it opens at noon weekdays and 10 on weekends - that doesn't allow for the coveted early morning old man sessions) and it's $10 for out-of-towners, Every NY-area bowl skater definitely needs to skate this park.
