Helmet and pads are required but 95% of people don't wear them. I have yet to see any kind of enforcement on this rule. Down side is that there are lots of BMX dorks and Inline goons all over the place. There is a liquor store right next door and a killer burrito shop across the street. No lights so daytime is skate time. The best time to go is early Sat. Sun or when school is in. After 3pm weekdays, it's a zoo. Come on down and skate the bowls. - Eric Fortner.
Kirk De La Gnar Gnar Skate Nazi Says,Good park , week day fun , street stuff is pretty whack, put who wants to skate street in a skate park anyways? The bowl's have really good pumpitude, you can fly around , and around in them and go real fast.. Nothing really over 5 ft, typical or the retarded park designers in CA. But what can you do? When your tired of ollieing the hips in Alameda cruise down to Hayward and pump the bowls.
