your typical small town budget situation...a bunch of dedicated locals worked their butts of to get it, wanted it to be free entry, but the town said otherwise, resulting in season passes, obtainable at the borough hall. cops make daily visits.

The park is now free.The one and only cop in town does not even bother with it after an ordeal with a local skaters father. Which made the local newspaper and ultimately wound up opening the park to everyone free of charge.I wouldnt plan a special trip here but if your in the area stop in for a half hour.
