New-school gnar!
The thing about this park is that pretty much every single wall goes to vertical, whether it's 8 feet or 3 feet tall, even the quarter-pipe in the parking lot. If that's what you are into, then this place is a must skate. The concrete is super smooth, there is real stone coping everywhere for true grinding, and 2 fully-formed bowls with interesting shapes/bumps/hips to get after, including the entrance archway for the super-shredder challenge factor.
If you're looking for something less steep, or with bigger or mellower transitions, this is probably not so much the park for you. There is a small section between the bowls with a mini-ramp wall, but it's pretty much the exception. The bowls are much more back-yard pool style than skatepark style, so shred accordingly.
