Park number 400, and what a strange one it is. Just a flat bar and a manny/ledge combo and nothing else.

The concrete is super slick and the obstacles are well made. A lot of skaters would be very happy with this park of there was a bank at one end and a quarter pipe at the other.

Out of the 400 parks I've been to, this is still better than 30% of them.

Good for games of SKATE at the very least.
