Tobey Field Skate Park - Memphis, Tennessee, USA

The bowl and snakerun are really well made. Coping is set evenly and all the transition is consistent and smooth. This is kind of a surprise since the street stuff seems like a complete afterthought and is a really bad design. The banks wedges and stairs are laid out really poorly and the height of the ledges compared to the launch is laughable. The giant stainless "wave" is kinda thrown in the middle of nowhere instead of being incorporated into the design. Not to mention the metal is so thin is bends when you hit it and theres is a big dip where it meets up to the cement flat. I would definitely hit this place agin for the bowls next time i'm passing by memphis.

Back for Christmas Day 2012 .... little chilly, but the park remains the same ... love it !
