The $5.5 million skate park will feature about 75,000 square feet of skatable surface, complete with a full pipe, a 12-foot vert ramp, 10-foot bowl, banked walls and a section designed to imitate street-skating, Bradford said. The design of the park is being handled by Grindline Skateparks Inc., which has designed skate parks around the country. Should be open in April 2014.

This park is pretty solid, can't ask for much more. Giant vert bowl, 4 pools, spine bowl, 2 ditch / snake runs, the list goes on. Heavy on tranny, light on street/bank/rail. Lit.
Helmets required, nannies & registrations enforced, limited days and hours, sketchy neighborhood after dark. Not really a roll up and ride type of place. Old guys and young kids do well here. Don't see too many 20-something rippers filming lines, but I'm sure they come around from time to time.
Essentially it's a YMCA.
