Definitely a good street park. 10,000 sqft of concrete featuring hips, banks with parking blocks, ledges, rails, stairs and banks. Go check it out. Hit up the San Marcos River. There is a phase 2 bowl section which will one day be built.

The info needs to be changed for this park; the tranny/pool section opened in July 2011, featuring a 6000 sq ft flow bowl, from 3'-6' deep, with an 8' bank wall extension, spine, hips, etc, and a 4'-8' deep kidney pool, bringing the total square footage of the park to about 18,000 sq ft. As of August 2012 there are now lights at the park; they stay on til 10 pm. The San Marcos river (fed by the second biggest spring in Texas) is only a few hundred yards away for swimming and tubing after a session. San Marcos is a fun little college town, and this park is a must-hit if you're in the region.

City has closed the park until the bowls are completed July 2011
The City has closed the park to all skaters due to trespassers in the construction zone.

The Park is NOT open currently. The opening of the park has been delayed yet again, and police now are camped out at the skatepark. Opening has been pushed to July 2011.
