SHIPPING OPTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Shipping

Orders placed before 3 PM PST (Pacific Time Zone) generally get shipped that same day. We ship Monday through Saturday for USPS services and Monday to Friday for UPS. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your shipment is created.

Cancellations

We can only cancel orders that haven’t been shipped out. Because we try to turn around your order same day you should contact us immediately.  Via text is ok most daylight hours, 18186317724.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Attention

For all return cases contact us prior to shipping merchandise to us. We must issue a Return Authorization (RA#) to ensure the proper merchandise receipt and processing.

Returns

Concrete Disciples will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tag attached.

Refunds and exchanges are not available on free promotional or sale items. Refunds and exchanges can be made 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items and do not pay return freight.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer exchanges for items purchased through our online store, only returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Venmo, Paypal, & Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through the Paypal Payment portal. This means we do not ever have or store your credit card information.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Concrete Disciples on-line purchase you may return the goods within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Product must be returned unused in its original packaging.
• You will be credited for the purchase less outbound freight.
