I looked all over the internet to find this park. In checking around for it, I heard there might be 2 others in the city. I got there via a 15 minute taxi ride from the Market 228 which is in the heart of the city near where the resort strip starts.
The Good: There's a skatepark and it is rideable and free. It also has lights, but I was only there in the day. The slant rails are pretty good.
The Bad: One section has a large problem on the flat bottom that no wheels could roll over. See the pic. Also there isn't a lip on most of the obstacles.
